Billing Policy

1. Scope

This Billing Policy governs all charges and payments for LeadPlot digital lead purchases and related services. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Digital Product Nature

LeadPlot sells digital business-opportunity intelligence and related confidential information. Purchases are not subscriptions unless explicitly labeled as such. Charges are one-time per lead unless otherwise stated at checkout.

3. Authorization to Charge

By completing checkout, you authorize us and our payment processor to:

  • Charge the displayed amount, taxes, and applicable fees to your selected payment method.
  • Use account and transaction metadata for fraud prevention and dispute-response evidence.
  • Issue partial or full reversals in our sole discretion when required by law or network rules.

4. Delivery and Performance Completion

A purchase is deemed delivered and performed when any of the following occurs:

  • Lead details are made available in your account after successful payment.
  • Fulfillment email containing lead access details is sent to your designated email address.
  • Any material portion of unredacted lead intelligence is disclosed to you post-payment.

5. Refund and Final-Sale Rules

  • Final sale after delivery: Purchases are final after digital delivery.
  • Limited exceptions: We may issue refunds for duplicate charge, technical processing error, or where required by law.
  • No outcome guarantee: Dissatisfaction with business outcomes, seller responsiveness, or deal conversion does not qualify for refund.

6. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

For any non-fraud billing issue, you agree to contact LeadPlot support first and allow at least 10 business days for investigation before filing a card dispute.

  • We maintain detailed transaction and delivery evidence and may submit it to payment networks and issuers.
  • Where permitted by law and network rules, abusive or bad-faith chargeback behavior may result in account suspension and collection actions.
  • Unauthorized-payment claims should be reported immediately to your card issuer and to LeadPlot.

7. Taxes and Currency

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges associated with your purchase.

8. Billing Data Retention

We retain billing and delivery records for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute management. Card credentials are processed by Stripe and are not stored in full on our systems.

9. Policy Updates

We may revise this Billing Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of checkout governs that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
