What do I get when I purchase a lead?

You unlock the seller's direct contact information, the full qualification context, and the conversation materials available for follow-up in your buyer workspace.

Are leads exclusive?

Yes. Each lead is sold to exactly one buyer. Once purchased, no other buyer can access that listing.

What if I already have a buyer account?

Sign in before checkout so the purchase stays attached to your existing workspace. If you use an email that already has a workspace while signed out, you will be asked to recover that account first.

What happens right after payment?

LeadPlot confirms payment, attaches the purchase to your buyer workspace, and makes seller details available there. If delivery is still processing, the deal page gives you a workspace link, status refresh, and support path.

What if another buyer claims the lead first?

If exclusivity was lost before delivery completed, LeadPlot starts the refund flow automatically and shows the status on the deal page.

Where do I go for billing or access help?

Use the support page for workspace recovery, payment questions, or missing delivery access. The billing policy explains final-sale terms for digital delivery.
